This is session 3 of the 4-part workshop series designed to guide Blue Administrators through the configuration of the Blue Dashboard from set up and customizations to assigning access and MLY integration.    This third session of the Blue Dashboard workshop focuses on access. We will walk through the process of assigning the Individual Dashboards and then review Dynamic Role Access (DRA) generally and then show, specifically, how to create and grant role‑based access for the Aggregate Dashboard. Finally, we’ll review the use of Preview and Publish versions of the dashboards.

We will review the process of integrating MLY comment analysis into the Dashboard, the Text Analysis page, and the MLY alert blocks available for the Aggregate Dashboard. We will also talk conceptually about how the data flows from Blue and MLY into the Dashboard. We will also cover redaction workflows and differentiating the use of MLY, MLY in Blue Reports, and MLY in the Dashboard.
