Students' Feedback - How to Engage your Students and Increase Response Rates
When it comes to collecting students’ feedback from various surveys, many universities are often preoccupied with the response rate While the participation rate is important from a statistical point of view, the quality of feedback is what will help institutions in obtaining key student insights and making informed decisions.
To achieve that, it is essential to engage all stakeholders in the feedback process. This can be achieved by providing students with various feedback channels while also highlighting the significance of their voice in elevating the learning experience. Faculty, course coordinators, and program managers, on the other hand, should have the ability to track live response rates, obtain feedback on key initiatives and view timely reports. Facilitating a better engagement for all stakeholders via a more unified process will not only increase the response rate but will also fuel a cycle of continuous improvement.

Automatically Update Demographic Information in Live Projects
Automatically updating demographic information in live projects is the eagerly anticipated functionality that allows specific course and student demographic data to be updated daily after the project has been published. Increasingly, institutions are launching course evaluation projects at the beginning of the term which allows them to capture feedback for shorter term and online courses. This has put an extra burden on the SIS/Blue data admin to ensure that course data is accurate before the evaluation project is published in Blue. In this webinar, we will walk through the process of setting up this functionality, configuring it, and examining some important use cases and the impact that this functionality will have on these projects.

Using DIG to Prevent Common Data-Related Issues in Course Evaluations

Tapping the Power of Question Bank to Handle Very Large Questionnaires
Trigger logic is a common method used in questionnaire creation to automate what recipients get which questions. As more and more trigger logic is embedded in questionnaires, managing the logic conditions with consistency for data collection and reporting can become complex. Blue’s Question Bank feature is a repository of questions through which questionnaires from different projects can pull specified questions without the need for triggering logic. That power makes Question Bank particularly useful for institutions that deal with large or complex questionnaires. In this webinar we will be showcasing one such institution and their application of Question Bank.
