What if we shifted the conversation from talking about response rates to talking about engagement? How do we define engagement with respect to course evaluations, and why does it matter? This webinar will explore the University of Toronto’s efforts to do just that. We will provide an overview of our context and explore how we engage stakeholders in a large-scale, decentralized institution. We will showcase our new-and-improved FO e-mail invitations and QP landing page, and share the background research into how these were developed.
